TO PROVIDE A RECREATION GROUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SUFFOLK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE FOR RECREATION TO ENABLE THEM TO PLAY THEIR CHOSEN SPORT AT A LEVEL TO WHICH THEY CAN ACHIEVE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FOOTBALL, ATHLETICS, TENNIS, POWER SPORTS, RUNNING, ARCHERY, CROQUET, BADMINTON, CYCLING AND HOCKEY OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
