Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE: (A) THE CULTURAL ADVANCEMENT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF HEREFORD IN THE COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE (AS THE SAME WAS CONSTITUTED UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERMENT ACT 1933) AND IN PARTICULAR, THE THEATRE, MUSIC AND ARTS, THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE SUPPORT OF HANDICAPPED PEOPLE. (B) THE SUPPORT OF THE HEREFORD CIDER MUSEUM TRUST. (C) SUCH OTHER LEGALLY CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
