Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND BY: 1) THE RESTORATION, IMPROVEMENT, DEVELOPMENT, PRESERVATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, UPKEEP AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE CHURCH AND OF THE CHURCHYARD AND GROUNDS THEREOF INCLUDING WHERE APPROPRIATE REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, REPLACEMENT OR THE MAKING OF ADDITIONS TO ANY MONUMENT FITTING, FIXTURE, STAIN GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENT, ORGAN, BELL OR CHATTEL IN THE CHURCH OR THE CHURCHYARD OR GROUNDS. 2) THE RESTORATION, IMPROVEMENT, DEVELOPMENT, PRESERVATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE ,UPKEEP AND BEAUTIFICATION OF OTHER BUILDINGS OR PROPERTY ANCILLARY TO THE CHURCH OR OF WHICH THE SAID COUNCIL MAY BE CUSTODIANS FROM TIME TO TIME INCLUDING THE EXTENSION AND ENLARGEMENT OF ANY SUCH OTHER BUILDINGS OR PROPERTY AS AFORESAID OUTSIDE THE PRESENT CONFINES THEREOF. 3) THE PROMOTION OF THE INCREASE OF THE INFLUENCE AND WORK OF THE CHURCH AND THE SAID COUNCIL SO FAR AS THE SAME MAY BE CHARITABLE.
