TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS IN KINGSTON UPON HULL AND THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
