Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROMOTE THE REHABILITATION OF OFFENDERS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, BY PROVIDING TRAINING IN USEFUL SKILLS, EMPLOYMENT, MENTORING, GUIDANCE AND REHABILITATION, SO AS TO PREPARE OFFENDERS FOR SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT AND TO HELP THEM TO RE-INTEGRATE INTO THE COMMUNITY.
"OFFENDERS" INCLUDES EX-OFFENDERS AND THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING.
