Charitable objects

(1) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS OF BILL QUAY AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREA OF THE BOROUGH OF GATESHEAD AND PARTICULARLY OF THOSE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, AGE, POVERTY OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES. (2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE SAID INHABITANTS IN AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE ETC. (3) TO PROMOTE AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF HUMANITY AND MORALITY BY EDUCATING THEM IN THE CARE AND CONSIDERATION OF ALL ANIMALS.
