THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OLD LIVING IN THE WESTERN PROVINCE OF KENYA IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS CONNECTED WITH THE ATTENDANCE OF ANY SCHOOL, COLLEGE OR OTHER INSTITUTION OF EDUCATION IN THE WESTERN PROVINCE OF KENYA.
