THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN BOROUGH OF NEWCASTLE UNDER LYME AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING EMERGENCY FOOD SUPPLIES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.
