TO MAKE GRANTS TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF MENTAL SUFFERING TO MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES, THE POLICE, FIRE, RESCUE AND AMBULANCE SERVICES AND TO PROMOTE EFFICIENCY OF THE ARMED FORCES, THE POLICE, FIRE, RESCUE AND AMBULANCE SERVICES WITHIN ENGLAND AND WALES THROUGH SUCH SUPPORT AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE.
