THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN GOWERTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AMATEUR SPORT OF RUGBY UNION.
FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE "FACILITIES" MEANS BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES.
