PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE BLIND, AND THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED (VIP), AND THOSE WHO HAVE SOME TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT INCAPACITY OR DISABILITY WHICH MAKES READING A STRAIN, BY THE PROVISION AND DISTRIBUTION OF RECORDED CDS AND USB MEMORY STICKS AND THE EQUIPMENT FOR PLAYING OR REPRODUCING THE SAME AS WELL AS PLACING THE RECORDINGS ON THE WEBSITE.
