ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES OR GRANTS TO BE AWARDED FROM TIME TO TIME AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT; AND B. AWARDING GRANTS TO DEVELOP AND IMPROVE THE EDUCATIONAL AND PASTORAL FACILITIES OF SUCH SCHOOLS.
