Charitable objects
(1) TO ADVANCE THE HEALTH EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES SUCH AS (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS, PSORIATIC ARTHRITIS AND ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS (2) TO ADVANCE THE HEALTH EDUCATION OF PEOPLE LIVING IN BARKING DAGENHAM AND HAVERING BY SUPPORTING THE BENEFICIARIES TO UNDERSTAND THEIR HEALTH CONDITIONS EMPOWERING THEM TO TAKE THE RIGHT PATHWAYS AND TO MANAGE THEIR LONG-TERM HEALTH CONDITION TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH THEREBY SAVING HOSPITAL APPOINTMENTS AND HEALTH SERVICE RESOURCES. (3) THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) BY PROVIDING HOLISTIC CARE (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT) TO PEOPLE AGED 18 AND ABOVE IN BARKING DAGENHAM AND HAVERING IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY: (I) DAILY TELEPHONE SERVICE, WEEKLY FACE TO FACE MEETINGS-VIRTUAL (FACE TO FACE TEMPORARY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19 NATIONAL LOCK DOWN) AND MONTHLY HEALTH AWARENESS AND PRESENTATION ROUTINE PROGRAM. (II) PROVIDING HEALTH KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING TO THE INDIVIDUAL PERSON AND NAVIGATION OF HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDERS. (III) TACKLING SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH BY SUPPORTING AND COUNSELLING THE INDIVIDUAL PERSON.
