TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CATS IN THE SOUTH OF ENGLAND BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, TREATMENT AND REHOMING FOR DOMESTIC CATS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF SUCH CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, ABANDONMENT, MALTREATMENT, AND ILL-USAGE TO RELIEVE THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF CAT OWNERS WHO ARE IN POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP THROUGH PROVIDING CAT FOOD AND ACCESS TO TREATMENT TO THOSE WHO MAY NOT OTHERWISE BE ABLE TO AFFORD IT.
