THE PROTECTION OF LIFE AND PROPERTY BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RESCUE SERVICE TO ASSIST DURING ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS SUCH AS SNOW, FLOODS, STORMS, DROUGHT. MARINE RESCUE, PLUS LAND BASED RESCUE SERVICES, OR, ANY OTHER EMERGENCY SITUATION AT THE DISCRETION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, THEREBY ASSISTING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, COUNTY AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES IN THEIR PROVISION OF EMERGENCY SERVICES.
