THE RELIEF OF BEREAVED FAMILIES OF CHILDREN WHO DIE AGED 16 OR UNDER, WHO ARE BASED IN MERSEYSIDE, BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT BY WAY OF GRANTS, INFORMATION AND ADVICE, MEMORY BOXES AND OTHER MEMORY MAKING ITEMS AND OTHER SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS PERMITTED BY LAW. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE, "BEREAVED FAMILIES" REFERS TO ALL PERSONS CONNECTED TO A DECEASED BABY OR CHILD, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISCARRIED AND STILLBORN BABIES.
