TO IMPROVE THE STANDARD OF HEALTH CARE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE ESK VALLEY NORTH YORKSHIRE BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF MEDICAL AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE OR LOCAL AUTHORITY.
