THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN EXMOUTH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO ENABLE PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF AMATEUR BOXING.
