Charitable objects
THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGION IN THE AREA FORMERLY ADMINISTERED BY THE HUDDERSFIELD COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF A MOSQUE OR MOSQUES AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN TH PRINCIPLES OF THE ISLAMIC FAITH. THE PROVISION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE OR CENTRES OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AND RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE INHABITANTS OF AREA OF BENEFIT (AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING THOSE RESIDING IN THE AREAS OF BIRKBY, CLARE HILL AND HIGHFIELD) WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AND FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
