TO DAVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUND PERSONS, IN PARTICULAR THOSE WHO ARE PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY HANDICAPPED, THROUGH THE PROVISOIN OF COMPUTER AIDED LEARNING (CAL) ENABLING A FAMILIARITY IN THE USE AND OPERATION OF COMPUTERS AS WILL FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION AND DEVELOP VOCATIONAL SKILLS, AND THROUGH COMPUTER USE TO ALSO PROVIDE SOME RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIY FOR PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY HANDICAPPED YOUNG PERSONS THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
