THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL ABOUT THE CHANGING HISTORY OF INDIVIDUALS, INSTITUTIONS, AND THE BUILT AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE LARK LANE AND SEFTON PARK AREA IN LIVERPOOL 17 BY USING ORAL AND WRITTEN HISTORICAL RECORDS TO RESEARCH, COLLECT AND SHARE LIFE STORIES; AND TO DEVELOP SIGNAGE AND BROCHURES FOR A HERITAGE TRAIL THAT HIGHLIGHTS LOCAL, REGIONAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INTERCONNECTIONS.
