THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN BIRMINGHAM, HEREFORD AND WORCESTER THROUGH THE MAKING OF GRANTS TO CHARITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PUBLIC TO PLAY RUGBY, FOOTBALL AND OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF PROMOTING PHYSICAL HEALTH AND FITNESS.
