Charitable objects

TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE MOSSLEY ESTATE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD IN THE WALSALL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT") BEING THE AREA BOUNDED BY SNEYD LANE TO THE SOUTH, THE WYNLEY AND ESSINGTON CANAL TO THE NORTH AND WEST, AND BROAD LANE AND THE RAILWAY LINE TO THE EAST, WITHOUT DISTINCTIO OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
