Charitable objects
(A) TO RELIEVE AND TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF ALL DISABLED PERSONS RESIDENT WITHIN THE DARLINGTON AND TEESDALE DISTRICTS, BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN PROVIDING SUPPORT, OCCUPATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE TO THE SAID PERSONS.(B) TO DIRECTLY PROMOTE THE MORE EFFICIENT WORKING OF CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS FOR AND OF THE DISABLED AND CHARITABLE FOR AND OF THE DISABLED AND CHARITABLE WORK CONCERNED WITH THE RELIEF AND WELFARE OF THE DISABLED UNDERTAKEN BY VOLUNTARY AND STATUTORY BODIES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
