TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE AFFECTED BY DEMENTIA, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN THE UK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:
A. PROVIDING PRACTICAL SUPPORT AND SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA;
B. SHARING BEST PRACTICE IN THE CARE OF PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA;
C. PROVIDING A PLATFORM WHERE CARERS AND FAMILIES MAY CONNECT TO SHARE
EXPERIENCES AND PROVIDE MUTUAL SUPPORT;
D. RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF DEMENTIA AND THE CHALLENGES IT PRESENTS WITH THE AIM OF CREATING DEMENTIA-FRIENDLY COMMUNITIES.
