THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF MENTORING AND TUITION TO CHILDREN WHO ARE OUT OF EDUCATION AND THOSE AT RISK OF BECOMING PERMANENTLY EXCLUDED.
