TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND CRAFTS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY ARTS CENTRE, WORKSHOPS, CLASSES AND ART SESSIONS.
