FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PERSONS IN NEED IN SRI LANKA, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, INCLUDING VICTIMS OF WAR.
