TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE (CHARITABLE IN ENGLISH LAW) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE PARISH OF ENBORNE IN WEST BERKSHIRE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO LOCAL CHARITIES WHICH PROVIDE ADVICE AND SERVICES CALCULATED TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF THOSE RESIDENTS.
