To provide all that is required in order to facilitate the advancement of education of homeless veterans with a specified aim of assisting them to gain the qualifications and licence that will allow them to seek employment. This will be achieved with the assistance of Vanquish Training Academy who will grant free spaces on scheduled courses.

THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG HOMELESS EX-SERVICE MEN OR WOMEN AGED BETWEEN 18 - 65 LIVING IN ENGLAND AND WALES BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND A TRAINING PROGRAMME AND ASSIST THEM TO SEEK PAID WORK ONCE QUALIFIED, WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS AND THE PROVISION OF CLOTHING, ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND LEARNING MATERIALS FOR THE DURATION OF SAID TRAINING PROGRAMME.
