Downham Dementia works with people diagnosed with Dementia and their care givers. It provides a regular social cafe provides advice support information and signposts onto services that may assist them. It also organises social activities. This activity occurs in Downham Market and the surrounding villages.

FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN DOWNHAM MARKET AND THE SURROUNDING AREA PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A SAFE ENVIRONMENT TO HOLD REGULAR MEETINGS TO PROVIDE STIMULATING EXPERIENCES THROUGH RECREATION. TO PROVIDE OUTSIDE SOCIAL TRIPS AND TO GIVE PRACTICAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT HELP AND ADVICE.
