TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY WORKING WITH PEOPLE LIVING OR WORKING WITHIN THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREA OF PETERBOROUGH CITY COUNCIL AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, AND TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY. IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING A. PROGRAMME OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE; B. SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND EVENTS INVOLVING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY; C. PROVIDING WORKSHOPS, FORUMS, ADVOCACY AND GENERAL SUPPORT 2. TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES (WHICH ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
