THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN NORTHWICH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THROUGH THE DISTRIBUTION AND PROVISION OF DONATED SURPLUS FOOD AND THE PROVISION OF LINKED SUPPORT, SERVICES AND ADVICE TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN FINANCIAL NEED.
