THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE THE RELIEF OF NEED OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN WHO ARE IN NEED DUE TO ILL-HEALTH OR DISABILITY ACROSS THE UNITED KINGDOM BY THE PROVISION OF VISITS TO SUCH CHILDREN IN HOSPITALS, SPECIAL EDUCATION SCHOOLS, AND OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS TO FOSTER CREATIVITY, IMAGINATION, FRIENDSHIP, AND SELF-CONFIDENCE. [NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
