TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE AGED IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF AN ANNUAL CHRISTMAS FUNCTION OF A DINNER FOR PENSIONERS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN PATTINGHAM AND PATSHULL PARISHES.
