THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC:- TO ENCOURAGE AND TO PROMOTE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE PRESERVATION OF STEAM AND OTHER RAILWAY LOCOMOTIVES AND ROLLING STOCK, MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT OF HISTORICAL INTEREST, AND IN RAILWAYS, LOCOMOTIVES, ROLLING STOCK, AND RAILWAY MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT GENERALLY.
