TO HOLD CROSTON VILLAGE GREEN UPON TRUST FOR THE COMMUNITY OF THE VILLAGE OF CROSTON TO THE INTENT THAT THE SAME SHALL REMAIN OPEN AND UNBUIULT UPON FOR USE BY THE SAID COMMUNITY AS A VILLAGE GREEN AND FOR GENERAL RECREATION PURPOSES.
