I) TO RELIEVE AND PREVENT POVERTY AMONG PERSONS RESIDENT IN OR NEAR THE COUNTY OF SOUTH YORKSHIRE OCCASIONED BY UNEMPOLYMENT OR OTHER CAUSE; II) TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL TRAINING FOR YOUNG AND OTHER UNEMPLOYED PERSONS WHO ARE SO RESIDENT; III) TO SUPPORT WORKS AND PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY LABOUR BY LONG TERMS UNEMPLOYED PERSONS WHO ARE SO RESIDENT.
