4.1 THE ONLY OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:
4.1.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND LEARNING, IN PARTICULAR IN RELATION TO THE HISTORY, HERITAGE AND CULTURE OF HADRIAN'S WALL, ITS CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT, AND THE HISTORY OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE; AND
4.1.2 SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
