Charitable objects
3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANT FUNDING:
3.1.1 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RELIEVE POVERTY BY PROMOTING AND FACILITATING THE EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OF OFFENDERS, EX-OFFENDERS AND THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING; AND
3.1.2 TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
