Through involvement in working groups, education, providing information, events, workshops, signposting and advocacy, to enable the citizens and organisations of the Harrogate District reduce their carbon emissions and conserve and protect the physical and natural environment. Promoting low carbon solutions across the District in buildings, energy, transport and agriculture and land use.
