TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 30 AND UNDER RESIDENT IN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF THE EAST MIDLANDS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE THEM TO ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION AND DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
