THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THE ELDERLY AND INFIRM WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, DISABILITY OR ILL-HEATH IN THE COUNTY OF NORFOLK, BY SUCH MEANS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE.
