Charitable objects
3.1. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP FOR ‘HOME EDUCATING’ FAMILIES (INCLUDING THOSE WHO WISH TO HOME EDUCATE OR WHO HAVE HOME EDUCATED/BEEN HOME EDUCATED) BY FUNDING ACCESS TO LEGAL ADVICE, ASSISTANCE, AND REPRESENTATION INVOLVING A PARENT’S DUTY TO SECURE EDUCATION SUITABLE TO THEIR CHILD’S AGE, ABILITY, APTITUDE AND SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS, WHERE PERSONS COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THEM THROUGH LACK OF MEANS. 3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC REGARDING HOME EDUCATION LAW, IN PARTICULAR THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK WHICH UNDERPINS EDUCATION OTHER THAN BY ATTENDANCE AT SCHOOL, BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO OTHER ORGANISATIONS, INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC, AND BY COMMISSIONING RESEARCH AND PUBLISHING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
