THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING AND THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF AGE, ILL-HEALTH, BEREAVEMENT, UNEMPLOYMENT OR OTHER SOCIAL DISADVANTAGE IN SUCH WAYS AND BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
