THE CHARITABLE OBJECTS OF THE JOHN HAYNES FOUNDATION CIO ARE:- I.THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY [OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP] ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, HEALTHCARE PROJECTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME THROUGH EITHER EMPLOYMENT OR ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BE SELF-SUFFICIENT. THE JOHN HAYNES FOUNDATION WILL ACHIEVE THIS BY DELIVERING COACHING AND MENTORING TO PEOPLE, OF ALL AGES WHO ARE SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, THROUGHOUT THEIR EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL CAREERS - WITH A GOAL OF ACHIEVING 1 MILLION GRADUATES OF THE FOUNDATION'S COACHING. II.FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, AT HOME AND ABROAD, TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELLBEING TRAINING) OF PEOPLE OF ALL AGES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY?S TRUSTEES SEE FIT. THE JOHN HAYNES FOUNDATION WILL DO THIS BY: . PROMOTING THE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND BEHAVIOURS REQUIRED TO DEVELOP AN APTITUDE FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND/OR EMPLOYMENT AND EQUIPPING (ESPECIALLY YOUNG) PEOPLE WITH THE SELF-DEVELOPMENT TOOLS THEY WILL NEED TO SUCCEED IN LIFE - INCLUDING RESILIENCE, MANAGING THEIR OWN PHYSICAL & MENTAL HEALTH AND ACHIEVING A GOOD WORK:LIFE BALANCE. . FACILITATING THE ONGOING LEGACY OF JOHN HAYNES?S WONDERFUL WORK TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATION OF SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES AT HOME IN THE LIVERPOOL CITY REGION AND ABROAD, INCLUDING THE VILLAGE OF KIKAMBALA IN KENYA AND BEYOND.
