THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN, AND TO PROMOTE KNOWLEDGE OF AND RESEARCH INTO THE LIFE AND WORKS OF THE POET LORD BYRON AND THE HISTORY, LITERATURE, PHILOSOPHY AND CULTURE ASSOCIATED WITH HIM AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF THE RESEARCH.
