THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT TO LOCAL WELLBEING PROJECTS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS BY PROVIDING ASSISTANCE AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES AND SO ENABLING THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
