TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE INHABITANTS OF TREFOR WITHOUT REGARD TO SEX, POLITICAL AFFILIATION, RELIGION OR OTHER TENET BY UNITING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES VOLUNTARY MOVEMENTS AND THE INHABITANTS IN A JOINT EFFORT TO PROMOTE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE WITH REGARD TO ENTERTAINMENT AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THE LIVING CONDITIONS OF LOCAL RESIDENTS.
