We aim for the prevention or relief of poverty of bereaved people and their families who lack the financial means to meet the costs of Muslim funeral expenses by the provision of grants of financial assistance to assist with such costs. 100% of your donations will go towards covering the cost of funerals.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: (1)TO PROVIDE RELIEF FROM POVERTY, TO THOSE OF THE ISLAMIC FAITH, AFFECTED BY THE BEREAVEMENT OF FAMILY MEMBERS AND LOVED ONES THROUGH FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WHO ARE UNABLE TO AFFORD FUNERAL SERVICES; (2)TO RELIEVE THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL SICKNESS OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM BEREAVEMENT OR LOSS BY THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE SUPPORT AND ADVICE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING A BEREAVEMENT PEER SUPPORT SERVICE VIA TRAINED VOLUNTEERS AND ADVICE AND INFORMATION TO MEET THE INDIVIDUAL SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF THE ISLAMIC FAITH
